Julie Umerle is an artist who was born in Connecticut, USA and raised in London. She is a painter who currently lives and works in East London, who graduated with 1st Class Hons from University College Falmouth, Cornwall, and earned a Masters of Fine Art at Parsons School of Design, New York.

Julie has won several awards for her work, most recently an Arts Council England grant in 2007, and has exhibited her paintings in the UK and internationally. Her artwork is included in public and private collections worldwide, with collectors including Deutsche Bank and Warburg Pincus.
